The weighting of the airline Alitalia, in terms of aeronautical revenues, on ADR has decreased considerably in recent years and currently has a weighting of just 29%. However, as regards Fiumicino's passenger traffic, in the first quarter of 2018, this has grown by +2.5% compared with the same period the previous year. International traffic has specifically recorded an increase of + 7% and long-haul traffic is up by +17.9%. This is according to ADR on the data cited today regarding Fiumicino by the President of ENAC.

Roma Fiumicino in the top ten best airports in the world for the first time. According to the rankings drawn up based on about 50,000 travellers surveyed, the airport with the most votes is Changi airport of Singapore, followed by Zurich and then Atatürk of Istanbul. The survey included the following categories: selection of shops, food & beverage and the comfort of the lounge areas
