Atlantia S.P.A. informs that Monica Mondardini, a society board member, has been appointed President of Airports in Rome by the airport’s board meeting in force. The non-executive position was without prejudice undertaken by Mondardini to her current positions within the CIR group. The Rome Airports Board of Directors, which immediately had a meeting after the board meeting, appointed the managing director, Ugo de Carolis, as managing director of Telepass since 2008.
