ADR: LEONARDO'S “FLIGHT MACHINES" ON DISPLAY AT THE FIUMICINO TERMINALS

• The exhibition is inaugurated: "Leonardo's wings. The Genius and Flight". The inventions of the Genius of Vinci have been recreated on the first aeronautical machines in history. • The exhibition will be open to passengers from all over the world at Terminals 1 and 3 until January 2020. • The initiative, promoted by the Atlantia Group and organised by Aeroporti di Roma, is part of the national programme of the Committee for Leonardo's Celebrations.

6 March 2019 ADR: FIUMICINO VOTED BEST EUROPEAN AIRPORT IN 2018 AND ONE OF THE TOP AIRPORTS IN THE WORLD IN TERMS OF QUALITY OF SERVICES Leonardo da Vinci is the leading airport in Europe in terms of quality of services, according to the evaluations of the passengers, for the second consecutive year The Rome Airport is permanently on the list of best airports in the world. Fiumicino is second in Europe and one of the top 10 in the world in terms of punctuality of flights, according to the February surveys by Flightstats. The excellent performance of 2018 confirmed. 19 February 2019 CIAMPINO AIRPORT ADR has filed a complaint with the Public Prosecutor’s Office against persons unknown for arson and any other identifiable specific crimes, following the fire that took place this morning at Ciampino Airport. It has been discovered that the premises the fire originated from was managed by the external company Ecofast. The airport’s electrical system is intact, meaning that it cannot have been the cause of the fire, which was put out in under a minute thanks to perfectly functioning alarm systems that allowed fire-fighters to take immediate action.
