2020 Charges proposal
A public hearing for Fiumicino and Ciampino airport users in the framework of annual consultation is planned for October 15th 2019.
In order to guarantee the broadest possible debate, ADR makes available the following documents:
The procedure set out below has been established for the consultation process:
- October 4th 2019: deadline for the submission of users' initial observations on the information provided for the consultation;
- October 15th 2019: a public hearing for users of both Fiumicino and Ciampino airports will be held (10:00 a.m. at the Garden Inn Hotel, via Vittorio Bragadin, 2, 00054, Fiumicino); a public hearing with users of PRM service will follow from 14.30 p.m.
- October 31th 2019: deadline for the submission by users of their final observations;
- November 28th 2019: end of the consultation.
The public hearing scheduled for the consultation process was held on 15 October. Please find below the documents pertaining to the works of the public hearing.

No further comment has been received following the latest updates provided with publications on 7 and 12 November and conference call on 11 November and as anticipated at the start of the work – ADR prot. n. U0032724 dated 6 August and mail of 6 August – on 28 November the sessions scheduled for the consultation on the update of FCO and CIA regulated fees (applicability from 1 March 2020) was concluded.
Following this, we make available the thorough list of fees that faithfully reproduces what was already shared with you during the last updates (please see publication on the website of 7 November and conference call of 11 November). In the absence of any other indications, by 30 December we intend to follow up with the submission of the proposed 2020 fees to the relevant bodies.
