ON-LINE PURCHASE PRIVACY POLICY

Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 no. 196 Code for the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the information and data provided by you or otherwise acquired during the process of sales of the service on the website of Aeroporti di Roma will be handled in compliance with the provisions mentioned and the obligations of confidentiality which ADR SpA adheres to.

The information requested will be used for the purposes of purchasing the on-line services requested. The transfer of data is optional, but any refusal to release the requested data prevents Aeroporti di Roma from proceeding with the supply of the on-line service requested.

The persons who may gain knowledge of the personal information voluntarily provided by you are:

• The Persons in Charge of the processing appointed by ADR and the persons authorised by them to carry out the processing operations for such activities.
• The third-party companies to which ADR may outsource specific activities and services related to the management of the website.
• The companies that provide the service on behalf of Aeroporti di Roma, which are listed in the general terms.
• The banking institution for the execution of the payment.
• The competent public authorities in compliance with legal obligations.

The aforementioned data will not be disseminated.
The data processing will take place by means of tools, automated or otherwise, and with methods aimed at ensuring their confidentiality, integrity and availability, as defined under Legislative Decree no. 196/03.
Some data referring to the order number, the amount to be paid, and the completed payment, needed for the purchase of the service requested, will be exchanged between ADR and the Banking Institution on protected lines and with all the guarantees ensured by the use of the security protocols provided by the payment circuits. ADR does not come into possession of the data and the number of the credit card used in the purchase as this information will be processed exclusively by the Banking Institution.
With regard to the processing of the data collected, interested parties will be entitled to exercise the rights of access, update, correction, addition or deletion, and all the other rights under Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03 by making a request to the email address adrforclient@adr.it
