Corporate Social Responsability
Respect for the rights of workers such as:
- minor age,
- equal opportunities,
- health and safety in the workplace,
- social well-being,
- absence of discrimination,
constitute essential, due elements of any company.
Among the main objectives of ADR is the pursuit of social policies focused on responsibility and sustainable development. The company has established an ethical governance concept in accordance with the following points defined by the European Union’s Green Paper:
- Abandon short-term goals in order to focus on long-term results
- Replace the concept of profit with the broader concept of value creation
- Broaden its field of action from shareholders only to all stakeholders
- Combine objectives such as social equity and economic prosperity
- Develop measures to increase the motivation and the cohesion of the staff
- Accept the idea that the company plays a social role and not only an economic role within the community
