How to request assistance

To ensure a smooth and timely service, it is essential to request assistance for Passengers with Reduced Mobility (PRMs) either when booking your flight or at least 48 hours before departure. This request must be made directly to your Airline or Tour Operator. Booking in advance allows us and the airline to properly organise the necessary resources and equipment. The company may ask you for further details, such as the type of assistance you require, whether you will be transporting or using medical equipment or mobility aids (such as personal wheelchairs or scooters) or whether you will be travelling with assistance dogs.

What happens if you don't book?

If you cannot book in advance, we will do our utmost to assist you.

However, for safety reasons, the airline may not guarantee you boarding. Furthermore, you may experience long waiting times before one of our staff members becomes available.
