Our staff
Area Manager

They liaise with shift managers to manage critical issues, allocate resources, plan operations and ensure safety and quality across the entire operation. They also analyse performance and intervene in the event of problems or delays.
Duty Manager
The Duty Manager manages and controls resources and equipment in the operational areas (Terminal, Apron, and Hall), in coordination with the Area Manager. They ensure safety and compliance with procedures, and intervene in case of issues. They also carry out periodic checks to verify that everything is in order.
Dispatcher
The Dispatcher presides over the Assistance Lounges. They assign operators to provide assistance to passengers, ensuring that the times and procedures set out in the operational guidelines are respected.
Operator
The Operator provides assistance, reception and accompaniment to passengers who have requested assistance at the airport. If qualified, they also handle boarding and disembarkation operations using special vehicles (Ambulift) and equipped minibuses, assisting passengers throughout all stages of their journey (arrival, transit, departure), while adhering to company procedures and regulations.
