The business incorporated into the new company generated in 2011 sales of over 40 million euros and a gross operating profit before royalties of over 32 million euros (EBITDAR).

The Unicredit and Mediobanca Advisors, who are handling the selection process, have received numerous requests from the leading international operators. "

Bids will be evaluated according to a transparent and rigorous process, with the aim of identifying a recognized and reliable partner. The sub-concession relationship, in keeping with industry best practices, will be of sufficient duration to allow significant investment with a view to business and employment development.

The ADR Group manages and develops the Rome airports of Fiumicino and Ciampino and performs other activities related and complementary to airport management. Fiumicino operates through four passenger terminals. It is dedicated to business and leisure customers for domestic, international and intercontinental travel; Ciampino airport is mainly used by low-cost airlines and express couriers, and for General Aviation activities. In 2011, ADR recorded, as an airport system, 42 million passengers with over 220 destinations worldwide reachable from Rome, thanks to the 100 airlines operating in the two airports.
