ADR S.p.A. has a system of corporate governance based on the conventional organizational model including Shareholders' Meeting, Board of Directors, Board of Statutory Auditors (three Statutory Auditors are designated by the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport and the Ministry for the Economic Development), the Indipendent Auditors and the Supervisory Board (pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001)
