Accessibility
The online version of the Rome Airports web site has been designed with the goal of delivering the highest usability and accessibility of websites and guarantee access to information for all types of users.
The pages on this site comply with the guidelines laid down by DM July 8, 2005 containing the "technical requirements and the different levels of accessibility tools information" for verification of the Stanca Law (Law 4 of 01.09.2004) that indicates "Provisions to facilitate the access of disabled people to information".

The study provides a technical aspect of accessibility related to how to implement (development code) and a part of perception and comprehension. The verification of these aspects allows to rate the level of accessibility of a site (according to the guidelines of the W3C WAI).
REGARDING DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION
- the pages are built according to the XHTML 1.1 doctype.
- there are no frames, java or flash objects are not accessible.
- were used CSS to control presentation of content.
- content is accessible even excluding the use of color.
- the colors are designed to ensure a good contrast between background and foreground color.
- data tables are simplified structure, without nesting.
- for objects other than text on the page is provided an alternative text.
- links to major sections of the site and links to other sites have a label that identifies the target destination.
