Since this is a public event, data processing is based on the owner’s legitimate interest. The party concerned is free not to be filmed by not entering the demarcated area. You can assert your own rights, as referred to in artt. 15-22 of the “GDPR”, to ADR’s Data Protection Officer by a request to dpo@adr.it.
