Due to the “Gran Fondo” cycling event, the main road system to access Ciampino Airport - Via Appia - will remain closed between 07:40 and 09:00 on Sunday 8 October, on the stretch between Via di Capannelle and Via dell’Aeroscalo.

Some flights departing during the indicated time may be delayed.

The airport can still be reached through Via Ardeatina and Via di Fioranello, or by passing through the Municipality of Ciampino along Via di Marino and Via dei Laghi.

Passengers are advised to bring forward their expected arrival time at the airport in anticipation of possible traffic congestion.
