• it also offers free foreign exchange, total refund of the ticket and the ability to move up the flight to any Flex&Fast class available, without payment of difference in rates 
• it saves time due to separate "fast lanes", with priority boarding and priority baggage delivery
• it offers a new, well-appointed catering service, which provides a meal, a snack or beverages, according to the flight schedule.
• it allows access to new technology and to "The Loft" lounge, at Brussels Airport, for a fee.

Recently, the carrier also launched Loop, a new loyalty program for those who fly regularly to Brussels and to European capitals that allows for quickly receiving free flights in Europe throughout the year, in every class, without any restrictions.
