Giovan Battista Pastine Ciampino airport will be temporarily closed from 18:00 on 14/10/2016 until 20:30 on 29/10/2016 in order to perform work to upgrade and maintain the runway

The closure will allow the execution of paving maintenance operations, which will be carried out 24-7 on some runway, junctions and taxiway sections; these operations fall within the normal operations planned within the useful life cycle for this type of infrastructures.

Throughout this period, flights will be transferred to Leonardo da Vinci airport at Fiumicino:

• Commercial aviation passenger lines (Wizzair e Ryanair): planned for Terminal 2
• Commercial cargo aviation: planned to take place at cargo city, Fiumicino
• General Aviation: at non-peak times
