Fiumicino, November 13 2015 – Today is the third annual World Day of Kindness and to celebrate Aeroporti di Roma in collaboration with ENAC (Italian Civil Aviation Authority) was handing out Red Gerberas and smiles at the airport. The "We blossom with kindness" initiative takes place simultaneously at the European airports of Paris (Charles de Gaulle and Orly), Lyon and Toulouse and the Italian airports in Milan, Bologna and Naples.

In Rome airports, passengers in transit in all terminals of the Fiumicino and Ciampino airports received a floral gift and sweets which were distributed by Airport Helpers. Airport Helpers is a community formed by the ADR staff and all other airport operators who provide their services to assist passengers voluntarily and with great professionalism. Each month group members attend training courses to welcome travelers in the best possible way.
