Veronica Pamio

Graduated in Law from Roma Tre University and with a PhD in European Law and Constitutional Law at the University of Palermo, she obtained the qualification as lawyer from the Rome Court of Appeal. After having worked in litigation and industrial relations at the Ferrovie dello Stato Group, she worked as Cabinet Officer of EU Policies Department of the Presidency of the Council of the Ministers and as member of the technical secretariat of the Inter-Ministerial Committee for Fraud in the EU (within XIV e XV legislature). She then joined Japan Tobacco International Italia, a global player in the tobacco sector, as GA manager and then Director of Institutional Relations. She was then appointed as Director of Institutional Affairs and member of the Board Advisory Committee at Abbott Italy, a leading company in the medical devices, nutrition and diagnostics sector. She has been at Aeroporti di Roma since February 2020, leading the Communication, Institutional Relations, Culture and Sustainability team. She sits on the Board of Directors of Aeroporti 2030 and is the Director General of the Foundation “Pact for the Decarbonization of Air Transport”.
