Aeroporti di Roma provides services and facilities to make the travel experience as comfortable as possible.

 Travellers can choose between different types of services:.

  • The baggage porter service is provided by staff dedicated to transporting the baggage of passengers arriving at the airport by car, taxi or coach, from the pavements in front of the Terminal to the check-in desks and vice versa, from the baggage reclaim areas in the Arrivals area to the pavements outside the Terminals (excluding loading and unloading from vehicles), for passengers arriving from other destinations. Service cost: 9 euros per piece of luggage, 12 euros for non-standard size luggage, such as surfboards. This service can be booked via email: or by calling 06 6595 8349.
  • Priority access to the Fast-Track gate in Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 for travellers wishing to go through security without queuing. Service cost: 8 euros per passenger (free for passengers from 0 to 12 years old when accompanied by a paying adult).
  • Admission for a stopover in the comfort of the Pier E Transit Passenger Lounge. Service cost: 30 euros per passenger (free for passengers from 0 to 2 years old when accompanied by a paying adult).

Online purchase is possible a maximum of two days before, and no later than the scheduled date of the service.

NOTE: Payments at the information desks located inside the airport can only be made by debit or credit card, followed by the issue of a regular electronic invoice.
