People who work in ADR contribute to the value of our company on a daily basis with their commitment, expertise and professionalism.

For this reason, we are committed to enhancing their future development through training and development programs aimed at strengthening their technical and managerial skills, as well as continuously improving their individual performance.

We also promote several company welfare actions to reconcile the working life with the private one, introducing a system of benefits and services to support those who work in ADR. These include: a health policy, a summer camp and scholarships for children of employees, alternating school-work projects, a family day to visit mum and dad’s workplace, agreements and discounts with shops in the terminal, and career guidance meetings.
