Mobility privacy

 

Pursuant to the legislation in force regarding privacy (European Regulation 2016/679 “GDPR” and Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/03 and subsequent modifications and integrations) the following disclosure is provided regarding the processing of the personal data acquired as part of the management of the Stop&Go (ZTL - Limited Traffic Zone) areas of the “Leonardo da Vinci” Airport of Fiumicino and “Giovan Battista Pastine” Airport of Ciampino and Kiss&Go area (ZTC - Controlled Traffic Zone) of the “Leonardo da Vinci” Airport of Fiumicino.

  1. DATA CONTROLLER

The Data Controller is ADR Mobility S.r.l. with registered office at via Pier Paolo Racchetti, 1  - 00054 Fiumicino (Rome).

  1. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

ADR Mobility S.r.l. records the plate of the vehicle and the entrance area. Then the entrance and exit time is recorded from the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) or Controlled Traffic Zone (ZTC).

  1. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING

The personal data, such as your plate, is processed by ADR Mobility S.r.l. based on a legal obligation. In particular, the processing is carried out in compliance with the Ordinanze Enac Direzione Aeroportuale Lazio [Ordinances of the ENAC Lazio Airport Management n° 12/2014, 14/2014, 16/2014, 18/2014 for Fiumicino and no. 15/17 for Ciampino, in implementation of Italian Legislative Decree no. 33 of 2012 on the operation of the Limited and Controlled Traffic Zones in an airport.

The processing responds to the following purposes:

  1. Fulfilment of the legal obligation of control of the ZTC and ZTL zones;
  2. Fulfilment of the contractual service if, for parking of more than 15 minutes, it becomes necessary to use the data for the purposes of invoicing the parking service.

 

  1. PROCESSING METHODS

The data is collected through an automatic detection system and recorded on special servers owned by Aeroporti di Roma S.p.A..

The entrance of the vehicles to the Kiss&Go and Stop&GO areas, as per the layout shown below for the Fiumicino Airport, is connected to automatic detection systems, approved and specifically pointed out with special posters, which can record the entrance and exit time, the entrance zone and the vehicle with relative plate, personal data of the user.

  1. STORAGE TIME OF THE DATA

Your Personal Data will be stored just for the time necessary for the purposes for which it was collected in compliance with the principle of minimization pursuant to Art. 5.1 c) GDPR.

The information is kept for the time strictly necessary for the consolidation operations by the Local Police (approx. 15 days). In the event of violation of the entrance and parking limits, the information will be used by the Local Police Command of Fiumicino as competent entity, in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree no.33 of 2012, for the prevention and verification of the road traffic violations at the airport.

  1. RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA

In order to pursue the aforementioned purposes, ADR Mobility S.r.l. may communicate your personal data to third parties (Processors or autonomous Data Controllers) if those communication operations are instrumental for the services requested and provided (for example as regarding the invoicing requested by the interested party). These subjects will be appointed Data Processors where necessary and must guarantee the preparation of adequate security measures.

In particular, the data collected by the system is sent to the Local Police Command of the Municipality of Fiumicino as autonomous Data Controller.

As part of the processing activity implemented by the Data Controller, the subjects who may acquire knowledge of your personal data are exclusively the employees of ADR Mobility S.r.L. authorised to perform the processing operations.

In any case your personal data will not be broadcast.

  1. RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES

Lastly, we wish to inform you that Articles 15-22 GDPR grant the interested parties the possibility of exercising specific rights. The interested party can obtain from the Data Controller: access, correction, cancellation, limitation of the processing.
