In Arrivals - from 9 am to 6.00 pm - the Tourist Information Point is open for passengers and visitors. The main goal of Tourist Information is to offer valuable information to tourists, providing answers to queries that may arise regarding, for example, the cost of services. 

The Tourist Information Points are centres for Italian and foreign tourists visiting Rome. Their function is to provide promotional material, tourist and cultural information; authorized by the Municipality of Rome, Office for Policy and Promotion of International Tourism. The multilingual staff is capable of responding to tourists’ requests and helping them with their stay in Rome. 

At the Tourist Information Points you can buy:

  • The Rome Tourist Pass
  • The Villa Borghese Card
  • Metrebus ATAC tickets
  • tickets for boat trips on the River Tiber
  • tickets for the Rome Open Tour service
  • tickets for the Trambus Open services, for example, the 110 Open, the Open Tour and the Archeobus. 

The Tourist Information Points, open 365 days a year from Monday to Sunday, are present throughout the historic city centre and in the main Rome tourist areas.
