APP and M-site
There are two digital services for app and mobile access:
- Real-time flight app: allows you to view flight times for all planes departing from and coming into Fiumicino and Ciampino airports. This means you can find out what gate you board from or which luggage belt to go to when you arrive. There is also a service that gives you information about local weather and where you are heading.
- Flight tracking app: allows you to get email updates from Fiumicino and Ciampino airports about the status of your outbound or inbound flight.

Does it work on a smartphone?
Yes and it is also available as an app for I-phone, I-pad and regular laptops.

M-site ADR
For all smartphones, instead, there is a mobile version of the Aeroporti di Roma website. There is a wealth of information that can be browsed from a mobile phone and which is set up to assist our passengers at all stages of their journey and at any time.
If you log on to the mobile version of the site you will be able to browse the list of carriers operating at Fiumicino and Ciampino airports, the useful services in the two airports and the numbers needed for assistance. Not to mention the option to check the boarding gate number for departing passengers and the baggage carousel number for those arriving.
