Check-in

 

The acceptance operations for national and international flights vary depending on the destination and the airline, which should be contacted for detailed information.

At the check-in desk a ticket and a valid document – passport or identity card – should be shown to the staff of the handling company that carries out the ground services on behalf of the airlines.

The following airlines also have a self check-in service for their passengers, for the automatic issuing of boarding cards:

  • Alitalia (T1 and T3)
  • American Airlines
  • Delta Airlines
  • United Airlines

In T3 there are 10 ADR CUSS (Common User Self Service) check-ins installed to which the following airlines are connected:

  • Brussels Airlines

  • Aegean Airlines
  • Egyptair
  • Iberia
  • Lufthansa
  • Sas Scandinavian Airlines
  • Royal Air Maroc
  • Tap Portugal

  • Turkish Airlines
  • Wow Air

The Alitalia stations in the T1 (desks 101-112) area are set up to issue boarding cards for the following airlines too:

  • Air France
  • KLM
  • Hop
