The selection process of the job applicants admitted to the process, is carried out by ADR Human Resources, Organization and Quality Division in partnership with the relevant company managers, and consists of three steps:
- a pre-selection interview designed to analyse the motivation, level of consistency of individual expectations in relation to ADR values, and individual characteristics.
- an Assessment Centre to explore the potential of the applicants through individual and group tests, as regards skills, inclinations and abilities, which allow successful achievements in different activities, processes and organization contexts.
- a final interview with line management to assess the applicant's level of affinity with the aptitude and technical/professional prerequisites specifically needed to fill the position.
The following criteria are followed during the selection process: objectivity, fact-based assessment, observable information and behaviours; traceability, each selection step is certified; responsibility, the assessment of the job applicants is shared between the Human Resources and Quality Division and the Line Management.
At the end of the selection process a final ranking is drawn up to identify the person to appoint.
