13/05/2010	ADR: Board approves Q1 report as at 31 March 2010 The Board of Directors of Aeroporti di Roma S.p.A., chaired by Fabrizio Palenzona, approved today ADR Group Q1 Report at 31 March 2010. The performance of the first quarter has been characterised by a substantial traffic growth while the first quarter of 2009 had been penalised by the start-up of the new Alitalia.
19/04/2010	ENAC: airports progressively reopen Enac informs that tomorrow, 20 April, starting from 8:00 am the Italian airspace will be progressively re-opened, starting from North-South inbound and outbound domestic flights. The resumption of flights will be accompanied by a technical monitoring of aircrafts, similarly to what the other European civil aviation authorities are currently deciding to do.
01/04/2010	ADR: increasing passengers and punctuality In 2010 air traffic in Rome airport system (Fiumicino and Ciampino) continues to grow, confirming the positive trend already observed in winter 2009. In the first three months of the year (1 January - 31 March), Rome airports recorded a 7.4% increase in passenger traffic against the same period of 2009. In particular, the non-EU International segment increased by 18.9% versus +8.1% of EU traffic volume and +0.2 of domestic traffic.
15/04/2009	ADR Shareholder's Meeting approved 2008 financial statements The Shareholders' Meeting of the company Aeroporti di Roma, held today on first call and chaired by Fabrizio Palenzona, approved teh company 2008 financial statements which closed with a loss of 7 million euro that was fully covered by profits.
11/03/2009	ADR: Board approved 2008 draft financial statements Fiumicino, 11 March 2009 - Today the Board of Directors of Aeroporti di Roma SpA, chaired by Fabrizio Palenzona, approved the draft financial statements of the company Aeroporti di Roma SpA as well as the consolidated accounts of ADR Group.
05/12/2008	ADR: Board approves new governance The Board of Directors of Aeroporti di Roma S.p.A., chaired by Fabrizio Palenzona, approved a change to corporate governance internal rules. Guido Angiolini, executive Deputy Chairman, was appointed as Managing Director of the Group; Franco Giudice, Head of Operations and Infrastructures, was appointed as General Manager.

Over the last nine months passenger traffic growth hit +7.0%, however with a slight decrease in Q3 result (+6.8%).
