Shop and fly: the airport reward card
People come and go or transit through Rome airports, others love to spend some of their travel time shopping at Rome Airports Shopping Gallery. With that in mind, ADR has started a new Shop&Fly programme, a "loyalty card" which allows you to collect points to "spend" in purchase vouchers at the airport, or convert them into Alitalia Miles. Purchases up to a value of 1,500 Euro entitle card holders to join the world of the "privileged few": access to the fast track system, which speeds travellers through bag checks and boarding operations, or the use of the "executive" car park, available at the same rate as the multi-storey car park, are only some of the services reserved to this category.

The Shop&Fly programme is bound to revolutionize ADR’s relationship with the customers of the Shopping gallery, which contains over 160 shops. Furthermore, the programme is designed to gain a broader understanding of customer needs. ShopFly membership enables customers to communicate all their commercial requests to the airport operator, which – for the first time ever – will be able to assess their preferences and improve products, display areas and methods, if necessary.

Hence, the more you buy, the more points you earn. You can earn a point for each Euro spent, based on a minimum purchase of five Euro.

Programme subscribers are entitled to numerous discounts and reductions concerning:

• Travel related services such as: car rentals, chauffeur driven car hire solutions, airport parking, laundry service, etc.;
• purchase vouchers to spend at the airport shopping gallery;
• redemption of Alitalia Miles;
• discounts at airport refreshment areas: Autogrill, Piazza di Spagna, Chef Express.
  

After collecting 200 points in participating shops, customers will receive a personal loyalty card. All subsequent points earned from additional purchases will be automatically added to the card. 1,500 points entitle card holders to a Privilege card and to a number of special services:

• Airport services:
  access to the fast track service, a dedicated lane for security, speeding you through carry-on bag checks; access to the executive car park, available to members at the same rate as the Multi-storey car park.

 

• External airport services:
  a 20% discount against a “Multiactive” annual subscription (valid at all Virgin centres in Europe) to one of the Virgin Active fitness and health centres.

More points mean more privileges: the improvement threshold starts from the collection of 200 points up to 1,500, with intermediate stages of 500 and 1,000 points.

You can join the Shop&Fly programme in two ways: after making your purchases, you can request a card at the cash desk of all participating shops, and register on the website www.shopandfly.it; alternatively, you can go to adr.it Home Page and register directly. In both cases, a card in your name will be sent to your home address within 90 days from the date of your first purchase.
