Information desks
In the airport there are 3 information desks available in the departures and arrivals areas.

Information desk 1
It is next to the ticket office, next to the check-in desks in the departures hall, ADR’s information desk stays open everyday from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.

Information desk 2
At the arrivals area, in the interior room, the desk is reserved to incoming passengers (the information on flights are available on the monitors) and it is open to the public for information on baggage.

Information desk 3
At the air terminal of General Aviation.

The flight Operation Offices of the Handling companies are open to the public from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Vip Service
People flying for business by private aircrafts or by airtaxi airline companies, can find in Rome Ciampino a modern and functional airport, with an air terminal (General Aviation) dedicated to the VIP service.
Service personalisation and total comfort make "G.B. Pastine" one of the most used airports by the business aviation with boarding gates personalised, reserved check-in points, dedicated VIP rooms and a lounge with snack bar. A "crew rest room" (crew room), completes the services, a sort of multi-functional room for meetings, conferences and business meetings and an operative room for pilots.

First-aid station
Aeroporti di Roma’s medical station, stays open 24 hours per day for 365 days, provides the medical management of the airport emergencies and gives assistance to passengers and airport operators.

Cargo
The fast Cargo service of the airport "G. B. Pastine" of Ciampino is specialized in the issue of services destinated to express courriers: DHL, TNT and UPS.

Bank
In the airport there are two bank branches: the branch of Banca di Roma and the branch of the bank Monte dei Paschi di Siena.

Departures area: open from Monday to Friday from 8:25 a.m. to 1:35 p.m., and from 14:55 a.m. to 3:45 p.m..

Bancomat counters (ATM)
You can find them at the departures area and at the General Aviation.

Currency Exchange
Departures area: open from Monday to Sunday, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m..
Arrivals area: open from Monday to Sunday, from 8:00 to 9:00p.m..

Lost & Found
The Lost & found service (research of lost baggage) is active from Monday to Sunday, from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., and it is situated at the Arrivals lounge.
