The integration and development of young graduates is considered a strategic commitment by ADR, as it is conducive to the growth of a future rich in know-how and skills that are deemed necessary to guarantee the steady progress and success of the Group. Hence, the policy adopted is a system made of values, behaviours and know-how that can benefit young graduates, consistently with the strategy pursued by the Group.

Quick learners, inquisitive and eager to learn, with a penchant for innovation and motivated to grow, the young graduates joining the Graduate scheme are trained to support their professional growth. Priority is given to the recruitment of young graduates with company-based internship experience. Internships further enhance their employment opportunities, representing the main gateway to work, developing experience within a company through Graduate assignments.

• a recent university graduate in civil engineering (transport department);
• aeronautical engineering;
• mechanical engineering;
• building/architectural engineering.

Good knowledge of English is required.

Internship period: 6 months plus reimbursement of any expenses incurred.
