HUBTOWN Rome Business City

The HUBTOWN project is an urban regeneration initiative that aims to create a business district organized with a functional mix, coordinated within a context of equipped areas and public green areas.

The project insists on two distinct lots:

  • the east lot insists on the area that until 2018 was used as the ADR headquarters, currently free and unused, created for industrial use;
  • the west lot corresponds to the current parking area for operators (PR5) and to part of the areas serving the oil companies that are no longer operational.

The new HUBTOWN Business District provides for an offer of modern, efficient, extremely flexible and high quality spaces. The management function is integrated with a mix of personal services (retail, F&B, congress center, medical center, gym and dedicated parking lots) in order to guarantee the highest degree of comfort thanks to the proximity of activities useful for managing daily needs.

The principles that guided the development of the initiative also respond to the dynamics accelerated by the health emergency: spaces that are flexible in size and time, sustainability certifications, security guaranteed 24/7, "tailor-made" solutions, outdoor work spaces , services able to balance professional and private life.

This initiative will contribute to the enhancement of the Fiumicino airport system and will allow the airport to project itself towards the standards offered by the main international competitors and towards the concept of “Airport City".
